TAR UMT is a CIM Accredited Degree University which provides students with the opportunity to gain professional qualifications. Under this arrangement, students are given an exemption on Accreditation of Prior Learning (APL) basis for 1 out of 4 modules of the CIM Diploma in Professional & Digital Marketing.
In the Third Year, students will be prepared to sit for the CIM Diploma in Professional & Digital Marketing Level 6 examinations.
Upon passing the CIM examination and after gaining relevant work experience, graduates are eligible for Associate Membership of CIM.

Note:
a) Students without a credit in SPM Bahasa Melayu are required to pass Bahasa Kebangsaan A before the award of their Bachelor Degree.
b) TAR UMT Diploma will be accepted on credit transfer into Bachelor Degree programmes.
c) Equivalent qualifications or qualifications from other Institutions of Higher Learning (IHL) will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
